Our Mission is to provide Support, Education and Advocacy to the Care Partners of Loved Ones Living with Dementia
HOPE Dementia Support is a program of CDM Caregiving Services, a nonprofit (501)(c)(3) Tax ID 91-1057994. Our volunteers provide weekly support groups, monthly community education and manage several projects benefiting individuals living with dementia.  ANY TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
