Join us on Tuesday, June 25 for READY OR NOT, a business simulation game exclusively for manufacturers in the Columbia Gorge! 

Previously only available to large manufacturing companies like Nike, you will experience the strategies, tactics and organizational changes you need to overcome business challenges and unleash profitable growth. This event is perfect for any individual currently in a leadership position and for future leaders.  

OMEP is proud to host this event in Partnership with: Columbia Gorge STEM Hub, Business Oregon, Columbia Gorge Small Business Development Center, Mid-Columbia Economic Development District, Gorge Tech Alliance, and East Cascade Works – all of whom do great and important work in the region.

 

In this fast-paced, highly engaging exercise you will: 

  • Join a team and make business  decisions as leaders of fictional manufacturing companies

  • Develop strategic and analytical skills while playing to win!

  • Gain strategic insights you can apply in your real-world manufacturing company

  • Network with manufacturing peers from across the Columbia Gorge
