Join Angela Goldsmith, Certified Naturalist and Permaculture teacher, to explore the foundational principles of permaculture and how this holistic life philosophy extends from the garden to all aspects of sustainable living—including our homes, communities, and social systems. Students are encouraged to bring a personal project or idea to class for group discussion and instructor feedback. The course includes a handout and in-depth discussion of permaculture principles, along with a photo slideshow tour of the instructor’s Urban Food Forest to inspire and illustrate real-world applications.

Proceeds will be donated to Cascadia Wild, a volunteer organization whose aim is to track and maintain carnivore movements and their health on Mount Hood. For more information on Cascadia Wild click the following link: https://www.cascadiawild.org/
