Columbia Center for the Arts in partnership with HRATS (Hood River Area Trail Stewards) and Hood River Rock and Roll to School proudly present Films By Bike, a film festival celebrating all things bike, Film By Bike is a touring film festival that features the world’s best bike films. Columbia Arts will screen 2 segments on films Bike Love and Adventure Bike on August 23rd. Bike Love at 5:30pm and Adventure Bike at 7:30pm. Tickets are available for a single segment for $15 or save and purchase tickets for the full festival for $25.
Hood River Rock and Roll will host a ride from May Street School Playground to CCA and from the theater before the film festival. Whether you're a hardcore cyclist or a casual cruiser, this is a celebration of bike culture you won’t want to miss. Let’s ride, watch, and raise a glass to the power of the pedal! Please arrive early and be prepared to depart at 5pm.
HRATS will host a raffle on the night of the festival. A food cart will be available outside the art center for purchase of food, beverages (wine, beer, as well as non-alcoholic drinks as well as popcorn) will be available inside Columbia Arts. Join us for an evening of fun and celebration of the fantastic sport of biking right outside our doors.

Bike Love ( a group of short films ) We love people who love bikes. There films are full of those people. From a community rallying to move their friends across town via bike caravans, to the growing community of people of color getting out on mountain bikers in Bentonville, to getting retirees out for one last bike ride, these films will make you laugh, cry, and feel a new appreciation for your bike. 6 films. 71 minutes.

From bikepacking adventures, to thrilling mountain bike lines, to endurance racing, Filmed by Bike’s Adventure package is action packed from start to finish.We hope people leave this screening feeling like they can tackle any challenge (on the bike or otherwise) that they put their mind to! 5 films. 96 minutes.
