     Join us for Community Affairs as we welcome Martha McInnes, Director of the North Central Public Health District, serving     Wasco   and Sherman counties.

    Martha will be joined by members of her team to discuss the District's Home Visiting Programs and Shared Care Planning      initiatives, which help connect individuals and families with resources, support healthy outcomes, and strengthen community well-     being. These programs provide personalized assistance for parents, children, older adults, and individuals navigating health and      social service needs, helping residents access the right care and support at the right time.

    As Director of North Central Public Health District, Martha brings extensive experience in public health leadership and community- based care. Prior to serving as Director, she oversaw the district's Nurse Home Visiting Program as Clinical Program Supervisor,     helping expand services that support families throughout the region.

    Join us to learn how these important programs are making a difference in Wasco and Sherman counties and how public health     partnerships continue to support healthier, stronger communities.
