A Drop-in tour is an opportunity to discover Maryhill’s collections or to learn something new, whether you’re a new or returning visitor. Touring the museum collections with our friendly and knowledgeable volunteer docents is fun and engaging for individuals and groups.
Information about Museum Orientation Tours
Museum orientation tours depart from the Visitor Services Desk and are complimentary with general admission tickets. These tours take place on the first and last Saturday of every month during the museum’s public season (March 15-November 15).

Maryhill Museum of Art's annual fundraiser gala brings together people who support the museum's mission to ignite a journey of educational enrichment in the Columbia Gorge with exhibitions and programs that preserve and interpret our artistic and historic collections.

this class is all about joy, connection, and learning through movement. Expect vibrant Salsa music, easy-to-follow instruction, and an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Columbia Center for the Arts (CCA) is proud to present the Northwest Pastel Society Members Show 2025, featuring more than 100 works by 66 artists. This juried exhibition, celebrating the vibrancy and versatility of pastel as a medium will be on display at CCA September 5–28, Wednesday-Sunday, noon to 5pm.
The exhibition was juried and judged by Gail Sibley, a Master Pastelist with both the Pastel Artists of Canada and the International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS). Known for her HowToPastel blog, the online art community IGNITE!, and her artist mentoring programs, Sibley brings both expertise and inspiration to the showcase. In advance of the show, CCA will also host her three-day workshop, Luminous Layering with a Limited Palette (September 3–5).
The community is invited to join the Opening Reception & Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 5, from 5:00–7:30 p.m.
Visitors can also enjoy live pastel artist demonstrations every Saturday from 12:00–2:00 p.m. during the exhibition run:

Three Rivers Dulcimer Society performs all day in the Indigenous Peoples of North America galleries. Three Rivers Dulcimer Society is celebrating their 21st year as a dulcimer club and is thrilled to play together in person again for the Maryhill community. They may be joined by their Portland dulcimer friends from Sloe Jam Dulcimers.
About Three Rivers Dulcimer Society
Three Rivers Dulcimer Society is based in the Tri-Cities, Washington and plays American and Celtic folk with a good helping of seasonal tunes. The Society first got together in March 2003. Most group members play Appalachian mountain dulcimers, but they can be accompanied by players of any acoustic instrument.
This performance is included with admission to Maryhill Museum of Art.
