The museum’s collection features items that include yearbooks dating back to 1911, Booster Girls memorabilia from 1924-1974, letterman’s jackets, class rings, trophies, uniforms from sports and music, as well as countless photos. The museum is run by volunteers, with archiving, album making and trophy refurbishing made possible by donations. Now, their efforts will be showcased in a public exhibition and a reception on June 13th 5-7pm at Yvonne’s Art Studio in The Dalles–. The artwork will then be permanently installed at Safespace in Hood River. YES is a local nonprofit that offers emergency shelter and support to youth in crisis, ages 11 to 17.
